Main Responsibilities

  • Direct incoming calls to appropriate persons, greeting and directing visitors ;
  • Updating of office records and databases that contain personnel, financial, and office data ;
  • Coordinate employee’s security clearance and passes ;

Administrate and execute full cycle recruitment including:

  • Administering per diems for employees ;
  • Pre-screening incoming resumes and pre-screen candidates ;
  • Schedule and participate in conducting interviews ;
  • Assist in producing offer letter, recruitment, and other various documentation ;
  • Update job descriptions ;
  • Prepare hiring packages ;
  • Create new hire profiles ;
  • Oversee the completion of compensation, benefits, and payroll documents ;
  • Maintain all employee records ;
  • Administer new employee benefits and onboarding documentation ;
  • Assist employees with payroll and benefits questions ;
  • Establish and maintain accurate and confidential employee files ;
  • Process expense claims for employees ;
  • Process monthly credit card expense report ;
  • LGA monthly vendor invoices for Head Office ;
  • Provide general clerical duties such as: typing, filing, correspondences, photocopying, and coordinating postal and courier services; ;
  • Maintain customer files and make sure credit card on file is updated ;
  • Send/scan verified, coded, and signed AP invoices to the Accountant for payment processing ;
  • Maintain, order and organize office supplies ;
  • Ordering uniforms ;
  • Prepare various reports ;
  • Other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned to facilitate the growth of the company.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative and accounting experience ;
